How much does it cost to charter a private jet with Silverhawk Aviation?

Question 2

What airports does Silverhawk Aviation serve in the Midwest?

Accepted Answer

Silverhawk departs from locations across the Midwest including Lincoln, Omaha, Kansas City, Des Moines, and Wichita, as well as smaller communities throughout the region. Silverhawk connects Midwest travelers with destinations across North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Question 3

What is Silverhawk Aviation's safety rating?

Accepted Answer

Silverhawk is a registered Wyvern member and holds a Gold Rating from ARG/US (Aviation Research Group / United States), placing it among an elite group of charter operators worldwide. Captains complete annual FlightSafety training for each aircraft they fly, with additional recurrent training every six months. Silverhawk is also a member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation.

Question 4

Does Silverhawk Aviation have blackout dates or peak day restrictions?

Accepted Answer

No. Silverhawk Aviation does not impose blackout dates or peak day surcharges. Many competing programs restrict travel around major holidays and can have 20–65+ peak days per year. Silverhawk has none.

Question 5

What is the difference between a private jet charter, a Jet Card, and fractional ownership?

Accepted Answer

Chartering is pay-per-flight with no long-term commitment. A Jet Card involves prepaying into an account for discounted rates and priority access to a fleet. Fractional ownership means purchasing a share of an aircraft, providing the most owner-like experience with potential tax advantages and no Federal Excise Tax (FET) or day rates.

Question 6

What are empty leg flights and how much do they cost at Silverhawk?

Accepted Answer

Empty leg flights occur when a private jet repositions without passengers. Silverhawk offers these at discounted flat-rate pricing: King Air from $750, Light Jet from $1,500, and Mid Jet from $2,500 for routes under 300 miles. Prices are per flight (not per person) and increase with distance. Available flights are listed on the Silverhawk website and mobile app.

Question 7

What aircraft are in the Silverhawk Aviation fleet?

Accepted Answer

The Silverhawk fleet includes the King Air turboprop, light jets such as the Citation Ultra and Citation Encore, and midsize jets including the Citation Excel and Citation XLS. All aircraft feature Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, and premium cabin amenities.

Question 8

Can I bring my pet on a Silverhawk private jet flight?
