We depend on your maintenance team for all aspects of maintenance on our Cessna 340. We've worked closely with your team for several years, including two different aircraft, and we continue to believe that we receive excellent value for our maintenance dollars.

The "can-do" attitude begins with your front desk customer service staff and extends throughout your organization. As you know, our aircraft is based in Omaha and there are a number of quality maintenance facilities on the field at OMA. While it costs us a certain amount of time and money to shuttle the airplane to LNK for maintenance, we feel that the quality and consistency of the work justifies the inconvenience.

I had a major engine problem while preflighting on Saturday. Called for maintenance and had a mechanic within 30 minutes. Discovered major problem that required engine breakdown. They had it done from Mon to Fri! Gene was outstanding. Put my airplane back in the hangar when I decided not to fly out on Friday due to weather. I will go to Silverhawk anytime I go to Lincoln.

A great place. Needed to have our HSI swapped out with a new one from the factory. They had no problem scheduling the service with only 24 hours' notice, and received the part overnighted to us. Staff was always friendly and more than helpful, even picking me up from the hotel when my other ride fell through. Line staff cleaned wing leading edges with nary a request for such service. Clean, attractive facility with WSI weather and Internet connected PC, two pilot’s lounges, private phone booths…and free popcorn. Top-rate.

Silverhawk took care of our Phase Inspection, TAWS, and RVSM at the same time we had to Hillaero taking care of a paint and interior. Both companies and their employees did an outstanding job. We did not know that we could find such complete service and in Lincoln, NE. We will be back.

I made my choice to change our maintenance provider to Silverhawk because of an urgent timeline. Silverhawk delivered. We will not be going anywhere else other than Silverhawk from now on.
